Applications for all bedroom sizes in our Multifamily RAD units will close Thursday, June 13, 2024 as the waiting list has become full. Currently, the number of applications received will take 12 to 24 months to assist.

The Verandah Apts. (PBV Senior Apartments) and East Oaks (PBV) (1-3br) waiting list will be open online only on September 6, 2023 and will close when enough applications have been received to take over 24 months to assist.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program Applications Waiting List closed on August 3, 2023.
