Northside Apartments-Americus East Side Apartments-Americus Scattered Site -Andersonville, Plains, & Leslie

The waiting list for Eastside Americus and Northside Americus 2,3,4, and 5 bedroom sizes are open as of 11/5/2025.
The waiting list for Andersonville, Plains and Leslie for 2, 3, and 4 bedroom size units is open as of 11/5/2025.

LOCALLY OWNED UNITS: These are units we own privately and do NOT have rent subsidy attached to them. You will be responsible for your own rent and utilities.

Applications for 2,3,4 and 5bedroom sizes in our Multifamily RAD units are open as of November 5, 2025. Currently, it will take 12- 24 months to assist those on the 1 bedroom waiting list.
