Eastside and Northside waiting lists are open for 2, 3, 4, and 5 Bedrooms Currently, the number of applications for one bedroom units in Andersonville, Plains, and Leslie, Eastside Americus and Northside Americus already received will take 12 to 24 months to assist.

The Verandah Apts. (PBV Senior Apartments) waiting list opens February 11, 2026. Applications may be picked up at HAA, 825 Mayo St. East Oaks waiting list will open on-line, February 11, 2026 @ 7:30a.m. lt;br>
